Welcome

The Rose Transition Home is a twelve-step based therapeutic
transistion home for women. We have a six bed facility located
in Colorado between Boulder and Denver.

 

Our comprehensive therapeutic program includes:

20 hours per week of group and individual
addiction therapy

Individual cognitive behavioral therapy

Program length - 4 months

12-step based

Focus on first step

Minimum age 18

Nightly AA meetings
